I googled ".exe files won't open running windows XP" and It brought me to a forum post here. I gave up, and a few days later, I tried to download and open a memory test, it wouldn't "open" either. But when I try to "open" it, nothing happens. I can download it, and it is in Chrome downloads, and in download folder's too.
